1.電力電纜安裝注意事項 |

1.1 電纜與熱力管道平行安裝時應保持2m的距離。交叉時應保持0.5m。 |
|

|
1.2 電纜與其他管道平行或交叉安裝時要保持0.5m的距離。 |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1.3 電纜直埋安裝時,1~35kV電纜直埋深度應不小于0.7m。 |

|
|
② 塑料絕緣電纜端頭銅帶屏蔽和鋼鎧必須良好接地,對短線路也應遵循這相原則, 避免三相不平衡運行時鋼鎧端部產(chǎn)生感應電動勢,甚至“打火”及燃燒護套等事 故。接地引出線要采用鍍錫編織銅線,和電纜銅帶連接時應用鉻鐵錫焊,不宜用 噴燈封焊,以免燒損絕緣。 |

③ 三相銅帶屏蔽應分別地與地線相連,注意屏蔽接地線和鋼鎧接地線應分別引出, 相互絕緣,焊接地線的位置應盡量靠下。 |
|

1.7 對電纜端頭和中間接頭的基本要求:a.導體連接良好;b.絕緣可靠。推薦采用輻照交聯(lián)熱收縮型硅橡膠絕緣材料;c.密封良好;d.足夠的機械強度,能適應各種運行條件。 |

1.8 電纜端頭必須防止水及其他腐蝕性材料的侵蝕,以防因水樹引起絕緣層老化而導致?lián)舸?/font> |
|

|
|
1.9 電纜的裝卸必須使用吊車或叉車,禁止平運、平放。大型電纜安裝時須使用放纜車,以免電纜受外力損傷或因人工拖動而擦傷。 |

|
1.10 電纜如因故不能及時敷設時,應將其放在干燥地方貯存,防止日光曝曬電纜端頭進水等。 |
