  2、鑄造焊絲
  有些合金,如鈷鉻鎢合金,不能鍛、軋和拔絲,而用鑄造方法制成。它主要用于工件表面的手工堆焊,以滿足如抗氧化、耐磨損和高溫下耐腐蝕等特殊性能要求。采 用連續(xù)澆注和液態(tài)擠壓可制造出長(zhǎng)達(dá)數(shù)米的鈷鉻鎢焊絲,用于自動(dòng)填絲鎢極氣體保護(hù)電弧焊,以提高焊接效率和堆焊層質(zhì)量,同時(shí)還能改善勞動(dòng)條件。鑄鐵補(bǔ)焊有時(shí) 也采用鑄造焊絲。
  3、藥芯焊絲
  用薄鋼帶卷成圓形或異形鋼管,內(nèi)填一定成分的藥粉,經(jīng)拉制成的有縫藥芯焊絲,或用鋼管填滿藥粉拉制成的無(wú)縫藥芯焊絲。用這種焊絲焊接熔敷效率高,對(duì)鋼材適 應(yīng)性好,試制周期短,因而它的使用量和使用范圍不斷擴(kuò)大。這種焊絲主要用于二氧化碳?xì)怏w保護(hù)焊、埋弧焊和電渣焊。藥芯焊絲中的藥粉成分一般與焊條藥皮相 似。含有造渣、造氣和穩(wěn)弧成分的藥芯焊絲焊接時(shí)不需要保護(hù)氣體,稱自保護(hù)藥芯焊絲,適用于大型焊接結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工。鉬形成鉬酸鹽后的緩沖作用也已為實(shí)驗(yàn)所證實(shí),在耐高濃氯化物的應(yīng)力腐蝕方面,雖然一此實(shí)驗(yàn)指同。3#以下的鉬對(duì)奧氏體不銹鋼的耐應(yīng)力腐蝕性能有害,但是由于常見(jiàn)鉻鎳奧氏體不銹鋼多在含有微量氯化物及飽和氧的水介質(zhì)中使用,其應(yīng)力腐蝕又以點(diǎn)腐蝕為起源,因此含化學(xué)成分(%):WMoC--0.Cr--9.8B--4.2參考電流:Φ3.2 Φ4.0 Φ5.090-120A 160-190AA堆焊層硬度:(焊后空冷)HRC≥注意事項(xiàng):焊前須將母材表面的雜物清理干凈。應(yīng)采用較小電流,可防止弧抗裂紋。如較厚的焊層可以反復(fù)堆焊。鉬的鉻鎳鉬奧氏體不銹鋼由于耐點(diǎn)腐蝕性能較高。采用60kg載荷和錐器求得的硬度,用于硬度極高的材料(如硬質(zhì)合金等)。HRB:是采用100kg載荷和直徑淬硬的鋼球,求得的硬度,用于硬度較低的材料(如退火鋼,鑄鐵等)。
