DJ2000制冷型電解雙噴減薄儀,是利用光電技術(shù)和半導(dǎo)體致冷技術(shù)研發(fā)出的新一代透射電鏡樣品制備產(chǎn)品。此產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)上的兩大突破,使用本產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行電鏡樣品制備,具備以下優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1。 半導(dǎo)體致冷:
替代液氮,不但使實(shí)驗(yàn)更加方便,而且避免了使用液氮的危險(xiǎn)性。
2。自動(dòng)控制穿孔:
利用軟件設(shè)定不同的參數(shù)指標(biāo),自動(dòng)控制穿孔過程。不但避免了的眼睛觀察的疲勞感和不確定性,同時(shí)還大大提高了穿孔的靈敏度,使樣品產(chǎn)生超微細(xì)孔,有利于薄區(qū)的產(chǎn)生。
Introduction
The DJ2000 refrigerated electrolytic polisher, a new generation product for transmissionelectron microscope (TEM) sample preparation combined with electro-optics and semi-conductor refrigeration technique. Two technical breakthroughs have been realized in this product. First one, the traditional liquid nitrogen cooling technique was replaced by semiconductor refrigeration technique to make the low temperature environment; the other one is that software was used to guarantee more accurate judgment when perforation occurred on the sample.
Compare to those traditional products, this new generation product has the following advantages:
1. The traditional liquid nitrogen cooling technique was replaced by semiconductor refrigeration technique. It could not only assure the more convenience operation, but also remove the hazard for using liquid nitrogen.
2. The software could automatically control and stop the perforation process. Therefore, no human eyes are needed any more. The judgment accuracy of perforation will be remarkably improved and the precise judgment for super small holes on samples could be realized.
