SONCAP Certification (used for customs bance):

1. The Exporter obtains Form M Number from the importer.
   
   
2. The Exporter bs a completed Request for SONCAP Certification (RFSC), Laboratory test report issued by an approved laboratory, photographs of the products and inbation about the product marking and labeling etc.
   
   
3. The Certification Center (CC) will review the bted paperwork.
   
   
4. SGS confirms quotation and issues pro-ba invoice.
   
   
5. The exporter confirms payment.
   
   
6. SGS issue SONCAP Certification

SONCAP程序：(包括產(chǎn)品注冊證書和清關(guān)證書兩大部分)
1 產(chǎn)品注冊證書（強(qiáng)制性，是取得清關(guān)證書的前提條件）
2 出口商遞交完整填寫的產(chǎn)品注冊SONCAP證書申請表，檢測樣品，產(chǎn)品圖片及標(biāo)識等相關(guān)文件；
3 進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品檢測并審核文件。
4 確認(rèn)報價并出具付款通知單；
5 客戶確認(rèn)付款；
6 出具產(chǎn)品證書，簡稱PC證書。

清關(guān)證書SONCAP Certificate（一次性使用）
1 出口商從進(jìn)口商那里獲得Form M Number；
2 出口商遞交完整填寫的批次證書申請表RFSC(Request for SONCAP Certificate)，最終商業(yè)發(fā)票，裝箱單，提單；
3 出證中心進(jìn)行文件審核；
4 確認(rèn)報價并出付款通知單；
5 客戶確認(rèn)付款；
6 出具清關(guān)證書，簡稱SC證書。
