熱繼電器的安裝及使用注意事項如下:1)安裝方向、方法應符合說明書要求,傾斜度應小于5°,**安裝在其他電器下面。出線端導線應按表選用,以保證準確動作。安裝時要蓋好外蓋,接線牢靠,消除一切污垢,并定期進行。3)檢查熱元件是否良好,不得拆下,必要時進行通電實驗。 4)當下級斷路器出口端短路電流大于上級斷路器的瞬時脫扣器整定電流時,下級斷路器宜選用限流型斷路器,以保證選擇性的要求。5)上下級斷路器距離很近時,出線端預期短路電流差別很小時,則上級斷路器宜選用帶有短延時脫扣器,使之延時動作,以保證有選擇配合。
