晶閘管就不能導通??刂茦O的作用是通過外加正向觸發(fā)脈沖使晶閘管導通,卻不能使它關斷。那么,用什么方法才能使導通的晶閘管關斷呢?使導通的晶閘管關斷,可以斷開陽極電源(圖3中的開關S)或使陽極電流小于維持導通的值(稱為維持電流)。如果晶閘管陽極和陰極之間外加的是交流電壓或脈動直流電壓,那么,在電壓過零時,晶閘管會自行關斷。應用類型圖4示出了雙向可控硅的特性曲線。由圖可見,雙向可控硅的特性曲線是由三兩個象限內的曲線組合成的。象限的曲線說明當加到主電極上的電壓使Tc對T1的極性為正時,我們稱為正向電壓,并用符號U21表示。當這個電壓逐漸增加到等于轉折電壓UBO時,圖3(b)左邊的可控硅就觸發(fā)導通,這時的通態(tài)電流為I21。如果出現(xiàn)的話,很可能是1PM模塊出現(xiàn)故障,因為1PM模塊內含有過壓過流、欠壓、過載、過熱、缺相、短路等保護功能,而這些故障信號都是經模塊控制引腳的輸出Fn引腳傳送到微控器的,微控器接收到故障信息后,一方面脈沖輸出,另一方面將故障信息顯示在面板上,一般更換1PM模塊。4)變頻器顯示過壓故障變頻器出現(xiàn)過壓故障,一般是雷雨天氣,由于雷電串入變頻器的電源中,使變頻器直流側的電壓檢測器動作而跳閘,在這種情況下,通常只須斷開變頻器電源1min左右,再合上電源,即可復位;另一種情況是變頻器驅動大慣性負載,就出現(xiàn)過壓現(xiàn)象,因為這種情況下,變頻器的減速停止屬于再生制動,在停止過程中,變頻器的輸出頻率按線性下降。
