溫度傳感器(temperature transducer)是指能感受溫度并轉(zhuǎn)換成可用輸出信號(hào)的傳感器。溫度傳感器是溫度測(cè)量?jī)x表的核心部分,品種繁多。按測(cè)量方式可分為接觸式和非接觸式兩大類(lèi),按照傳感器材料及電子元件特性分為熱電阻和熱電偶兩類(lèi)。
溫度傳感器有四種主要類(lèi)型:熱電偶、熱敏電阻、電阻溫度檢測(cè)器(RTD)和IC溫度傳感器。IC溫度傳感器又包括模擬輸出和數(shù)字輸出兩種類(lèi)型。
溫度傳感器檢定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)及指標(biāo):
1、測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度:0.01級(jí);分辨率0.1uV和0.1mΩ;
2、掃描開(kāi)關(guān)寄生電勢(shì):≤0.4μV;
3、溫度范圍: 水槽:(室溫+5~95)℃ 油 溫度傳感器(圖9)槽:(95 ~ 300)℃ 低溫恒溫槽:(-80 ~ 100)℃ 高溫爐:(300~1200)℃;
4、控溫穩(wěn)定度:優(yōu)于0.01℃/10min(油槽、水槽、低溫恒溫槽);0.2℃/min(管式檢定爐);
5、總不確定度:熱電偶檢定,測(cè)量不確定度優(yōu)于0.7℃,重復(fù)性誤差<0.25℃;熱電阻檢定測(cè)量不確定度優(yōu)于50mk,重復(fù)性誤差<10mk;
6、檢定數(shù)量:一次可同時(shí)檢熱電偶(1-8)支,一次可同時(shí)檢同線(xiàn)制熱電阻(1-7)支;
7、工作電源:AC220V±10%,50Hz,并有良好保護(hù)接地;
8、高溫爐功率:約2KW;
9、恒溫槽功率:約2KW;
10、微機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)功率:<500。
溫度傳感器檢定裝置功能和特點(diǎn):
1、檢定K、E、J、N、B、S、R、T等多種型號(hào)的工作用熱電偶;
2、檢定Pt100、Pt10、Cu50、Cu100等各種工作用熱電阻, 玻璃液體溫度計(jì)、壓力式溫度計(jì)、雙金屬溫度計(jì);
3、多路低電勢(shì)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān),寄生電勢(shì)≤0.4μV;
4、控制1-4臺(tái)高溫爐;
5、溫場(chǎng)測(cè)試:可進(jìn)行檢定爐、油槽、水槽、低溫恒溫槽的溫場(chǎng)測(cè)試;
6、線(xiàn)制轉(zhuǎn)換:可進(jìn)行二線(xiàn)制、三線(xiàn)制、四線(xiàn)制電阻檢定;
7、軟件具有比對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)、重復(fù)性實(shí)驗(yàn)、溫場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)等相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)功能;
8、在Windows2000/XP以上平臺(tái),全中文界面,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Windows操作系統(tǒng),方便快捷??蓪?shí)現(xiàn):
1)設(shè)備自檢、查線(xiàn);
2)屏幕顯示并保存控溫曲線(xiàn)≤0.4μV;
3)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集;
4)自動(dòng)生成符合要求的檢定記錄;

Temperature sensors (temperature transducer) is to point to can feel temperature is converted into usable output signal of the sensor. Temperature sensor is the core part of the temperature measuring instrument, wide variety. According to measuring bs could be divided into two types: contact and non-contact, according to the sensor material and electronic component features divided into two categories, thermal resistance and thermocouple.
Temperature sensor there are four main types: thermocouple, thermal resistance, the resistance temperature detector (RTD) and the IC temperature sensor. IC temperature sensor has two types including analog output and digital output.
Temperature sensor calibration standard techniques and indicators:
1, the measurement accuracy: 0.01 on the Richter scale; 0.1 uV and 0.1 m Ω resolution;
2, parasitic potential scanning switch: 0.4 u V or less;
3, temperature range: water tank + 5 ~ 95 ℃ (room temperature oil temperature sensor (figure 9) : 95 ~ 300 ℃ low temperature thermostat: (- 80 ~ 100 ℃ high temperature furnace: (300 ~ 1200 ℃);
4 and stability of temperature control: better than 0.01 ℃ / min (tank, water tank, cryogenic thermostat); 0.2 ℃ / min (tubular calibration furnace);
5, the total uncertainty: thermocouple calibration, uncertainty of measurement is better than 0.7 ℃, the repeatability error < 0.25 ℃; Heat resistance test measurement uncertainty is better than 50 mk, repeatability error < 10 mk;
6, the verification number: a thermocouple (1-8) can be checked at the same time, one can also check with line heating resistor (1-7);
