吸附式干燥機(jī)可分為三種:無(wú)熱再生吸附式干燥機(jī)，微熱再生吸附式干燥機(jī)和組合式干燥機(jī)。由于脫水原理的限制，冷凍式干燥機(jī)處理后的空氣壓力露點(diǎn)溫度只能達(dá)到：2--8℃，在一些空氣品質(zhì)要求較高的場(chǎng)合，不能滿足用氣要求，只能使用吸附式干燥機(jī)和組合式干燥機(jī)。吸附式干燥機(jī)是根據(jù)變壓吸附原理，利用干燥機(jī)本身特有的微孔，通過(guò)毛細(xì)作用吸附空氣中的水分，利用自身及微熱再生方法對(duì)壓縮空氣進(jìn)行吸附干燥，使其能達(dá)到露點(diǎn)溫度為-40--- - 70℃。
