反比例閥配合蝶式進(jìn)氣控制閥使用，當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力因用氣量減少而升高時，達(dá)到反比例閥設(shè)定壓力時，反比例閥動作并減少控制空氣輸出量，空壓機(jī)進(jìn)氣閥伺服氣缸閥桿推力減少，在彈簧力的作用下，閥桿回縮，當(dāng)彈簧力與氣缸的氣體推力平衡時，閥桿處于半開狀態(tài)，滑片式壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)氣量減少至與系統(tǒng)用氣量相平衡。
