保壓失靈是活動(dòng)壓板壓緊力上升至電接點(diǎn)壓力表上限值后，油泵停止工作。在工作過(guò)程(進(jìn)料壓濾)中，壓緊油壓若下降到電接點(diǎn)壓力表下限值后系統(tǒng)便自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償失效，壓緊油壓下降進(jìn)料壓濾漏料。解決的方法是檢查油路，活塞密封圈是否泄漏，更換液控單向閥密封圈，清洗液控單向閥體。
