1、采用磨床專用控制系統(tǒng)，兩軸進(jìn)口高精度滾珠絲杠，進(jìn)口軸承支撐；頭架結(jié)構(gòu)：A型固定式，B型定活兩用，C型精密電主軸回轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)，D型力矩主軸回轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)；X、Z軸采用精密滾柱導(dǎo)軌，電氣采用施耐德電器控制。機(jī)床具有砂輪自動(dòng)修正及補(bǔ)償功能，外接1μm波段補(bǔ)償開關(guān)、安全急退保護(hù)等功能。
2、本機(jī)床具有重復(fù)定位精度高、磨削穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、表面粗糙度值低；操作簡便、易學(xué)易上手、便于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化加工等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；廣泛適用于外圓柱面、圓錐面、圓弧成型表面和多臺(tái)階軸類外圓零件的磨削。
