MFZ-…系列蝶閥電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器主要用于搭配 VFZ210W 系列蝶閥使用?？梢蕴峁╅_(kāi)關(guān)型及調(diào)節(jié)型等不同的應(yīng)用。
主要特點(diǎn)
- 外型小，重量輕，輸出扭矩大
- 無(wú)電源情況下可以手動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)閥門(mén)
- 獨(dú)立接線(xiàn)端子：電源接線(xiàn)端子和控制信號(hào)接線(xiàn)端子分別位于獨(dú)立區(qū)域，易于接線(xiàn)，且不會(huì)干涉其它零部件
- 雙接線(xiàn)入口：具有兩個(gè)螺紋連接口，應(yīng)用連接電源線(xiàn)和控制線(xiàn)，避免相互干擾
- 電子行程限位和機(jī)械行程限位：兩個(gè)單刀雙擲限位開(kāi)關(guān)分別控制全開(kāi)和全關(guān)的行程限位。當(dāng)電子限位失效時(shí)，機(jī)械行程限位可以有效精確限制執(zhí)行器的行程
- 自主式 PTC 恒溫控制：執(zhí)行器配備自主式 PTC 恒溫控制元件，可以確保執(zhí)行器內(nèi)部在任何情況下溫度穩(wěn)定，無(wú)結(jié)露現(xiàn)象
MFZ-… series butterfly valve electric actuator is mainly used with VFZ210W series butterfly valve. Different applications such as switching type and regulating type can be provided.

- Small size, light weight and large output torque
- Manual rotation of the valve without power
- Independent terminals: power terminals and control signal terminals are located in separate areas, which are easy to wire and will not interfere with other components
- Dual Wiring Entry: With two threaded connections, it should be used to connect power and control lines to avoid mutual interference
- Electronic travel limit and mechanical travel limit: Two SPDT limit switches control the travel limit of fully open and fully closed respectively. When the electronic limit fails, the mechanical travel limit can effectively and accurately limit the travel of the actuator
- Autonomous PTC thermostatic control: The actuator is equipped with an autonomous PTC thermostatic control element, which can ensure that the temperature inside the actuator is stable under any conditions without condensation.
