PLC的修理
PLC操控器具有必定的自檢才能,并且在體系運轉(zhuǎn)周期中都有自診斷處置期間,故在修理過程中應(yīng):
⑴檢查PLC供電是不是正常。若POWER指示燈不亮,可檢查供電線路和熔斷器。
⑵檢查PLC體系。發(fā)動PLC檢查“RUN”指示是不是正常,有無報警發(fā)作。一般正在運用的PLC體系很難發(fā)作這種毛病。
⑶I/O模塊的檢查。檢查I/O模塊供電電壓是不是正常;檢測輸入輸出端口的信號及對應(yīng)端口指示燈顯現(xiàn)是不是正常。
