Field Control IO產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):
●Field Control的每一個(gè)站均可充當(dāng)stand alone控制器。
●端子塊I/O系統(tǒng)可以進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接線，并區(qū)分控制系統(tǒng)的輸入或輸出信號(hào)的條件。
●支持Genius總線和許多其它的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線包括Genius, WorldFIP, DeviceNet, Interbus 和Profibus DP等。
●總線接口單元(BIU)可以無需拆線或重新配置即可進(jìn)行更換或拆除。
1.通訊接口和BIU電源端子:
通訊接口用于連接不同的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線，而BIU電源端子用于對(duì)BIU供電。
2. BIU:
BIU提供從站通訊協(xié)議將I/O模塊和主機(jī)通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線連接起來，同時(shí)提供I/O掃描、診斷和通訊的功能，并且還可以對(duì)I/O模塊的屬性進(jìn)行配置如: I/O 故障報(bào)告、缺省輸出設(shè)定、模擬量模塊量程設(shè)定等。
3. I/O模塊:
Field Control產(chǎn)品提供了多種類型的I/O模塊，除了常規(guī)的開關(guān)量、模擬量模塊外，還有熱電阻RTD、熱電偶TC和微型現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理器單元等特殊模塊，以滿足用戶的廣泛需求。
4. I/O底座:
I/O底座支持所有類型的Field Control I/O模塊的安裝,每-一個(gè)I/O底座可以對(duì)兩塊I/O模塊提供接線端子，不同類型的I/O模塊可以使用同一個(gè)I/O底座。I/O 模塊裝卸時(shí)無需變動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接線。
