不同車型的市場(chǎng)保有量不同，其售后保障能力也不同，例如：低位駕駛?cè)蚨迅哕嚭透呶获{駛?cè)蚨迅哕囃瑢僬ǖ啦孳囅盗校伎梢栽诤苷耐ǖ纼?nèi)（1.5～2.0米）完成堆垛/堆高、取貨。但是前者駕駛室不能提升，因而操作視野較差，工作效率較低。由于后者能完全覆蓋前者的功能，而且性能更出眾，因此在歐洲后者的市場(chǎng)銷量比前者超出4～5倍，在中國(guó)則達(dá)到6倍以上。因此大部分供應(yīng)商都側(cè)重發(fā)展高位駕駛?cè)蚨迅哕?，而低位駕駛?cè)蚨讯獠孳囍皇怯迷谛嵨?、提升高度低（一般?米以內(nèi)）的工況下。在市場(chǎng)銷量很少時(shí)，其售后服務(wù)的工程師數(shù)量、工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)、配件庫(kù)存水平等服務(wù)能力就會(huì)相對(duì)較弱。

堆高車驅(qū)動(dòng)輪速度明顯降低或驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)嚴(yán)重過(guò)載：原因：電池電壓太低或樁頭接觸電阻太大；電機(jī)換向器片間積碳引起片間短路；電機(jī)制動(dòng)器調(diào)整不當(dāng)而使電機(jī)帶制動(dòng)運(yùn)行；驅(qū)動(dòng)頭齒輪箱及軸承缺少潤(rùn)滑或底座卡阻；電機(jī)電樞短路。解決方法：檢查堆高車負(fù)載時(shí)電池端電壓或清洗樁頭；清理?yè)Q向器；調(diào)整制動(dòng)器間隙；檢查清洗并重新加注潤(rùn)滑油，清除卡阻現(xiàn)象；更換新電機(jī)。
