伺服電機(jī)專用減速機(jī)如何選型?
減速機(jī)應(yīng)盡量選用接近理想減速比:
減速比=伺服電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速/減速機(jī)出力軸轉(zhuǎn)速
參考用計算公式:
tp:所需啟動轉(zhuǎn)矩,亦是減速機(jī)必須承受的瞬間轉(zhuǎn)矩。
r:為電機(jī)至減速機(jī)出力側(cè)總減速比。
tl:為負(fù)載的靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)矩等化到電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子。
t:設(shè)定所需的加速或減速時間。
n:為電機(jī)工作轉(zhuǎn)速。
+:為加速。
-:為減速。
一、扭力計算:
對減速機(jī)的壽命而言,承受扭力計算非常重要,并且要注意加減速的最大轉(zhuǎn)矩值(tp)。是否超過減速機(jī)的最大負(fù)載扭力。
二、選用重點:
1、選用伺服電機(jī)出力軸徑不能大于表格上最大使用軸徑。
2、若經(jīng)扭力計算工作,轉(zhuǎn)矩可以滿足平常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),但在伺服全額輸出時,有不足現(xiàn)象時,我們可以在電機(jī)側(cè)的驅(qū)動器做限流控制或在機(jī)械軸上做扭力保護(hù),此項的工作絕對必要的。
其它:
1、安裝場所:油品的確認(rèn):在訂購時,這類產(chǎn)品潤滑油屬半固態(tài)不需換油工作,但必須注意在0度以下使用,應(yīng)事先告知我們,以便添加防凍劑。在酸緘場所,亦須告訴我們,加裝防護(hù)措施。
2、伺服電機(jī):在訂貨時應(yīng)告知工廠,伺服電機(jī)所需含接法蘭及軸的尺寸。
3、減速機(jī)的安裝:減速機(jī)本體是一個非常精密的產(chǎn)品,所以在安裝上必須小心,嚴(yán)禁撞擊或是以鐵錘敲打軸心或是任一部位。
