臣聞煙出于火,非火之和;情生于性,非性之適。故火壯則煙微,性充則情約。是以殷墟有感物之悲,周京無(wú)佇立之跡。 四十三 臣聞適物之技,俯仰異用;應(yīng)事之器,通塞異任。是以鳥(niǎo)棲云而繳飛,魚(yú)藏淵而網(wǎng)沉,賁鼓密而含響,朗笛疏而吐音。 四十四 臣聞理之所守,勢(shì)所常奪;道之所閉,權(quán)所必開(kāi)。是以生重于利,故據(jù)圖無(wú)揮劍之痛;義重于身,故臨川有投跡之哀。 四十五 臣聞圖形于影,未盡纖麗之容;察火于灰,不覩洪赫之烈。是以問(wèn)道存乎其人,觀物必造其質(zhì)。 四十六 臣聞通于變者,用約而利博;明其要者,器淺而應(yīng)玄。是以天地之賾,該于六位;萬(wàn)殊之曲,窮于五弦。
