由于輸油泵機(jī)組容量偏大，其流量和儲(chǔ)油罐液位控制均采用人為節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)控制等因素，造成了該生產(chǎn)工藝系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效率不高、設(shè)備易損件故障頻繁和“大馬拉小車”等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生，這不僅嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)了能源，而且影響油井的正常生產(chǎn)和原油產(chǎn)量的完成。為此我們于2005年初提出了在30kW的CSY11-2油氣混輸單螺桿泵上推廣應(yīng)用了森蘭SB70G變頻器進(jìn)行調(diào)速控制，安裝了質(zhì)量可靠的變頻調(diào)速設(shè)備，以解決生產(chǎn)中的諸多實(shí)際問(wèn)題，見(jiàn)到了良好的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用效果，取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
二、控制方案
新灘油田162油氣混輸站和191油氣混輸站油氣混輸泵機(jī)組的變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)控制方案采用了閉環(huán)控制或開(kāi)環(huán)控制方式，閉環(huán)控制與開(kāi)環(huán)控制方式分別如圖1﹑圖2所示，以滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)工作的需要。
2.1現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)工藝流程
162站管理著7口油井，油井來(lái)油先進(jìn)入2.7米高的40方儲(chǔ)油罐，經(jīng)加熱后由30kW的CSY11-2油氣混輸單螺桿泵將油井產(chǎn)出物輸送至幾十公里外的油氣接轉(zhuǎn)站。191站生產(chǎn)工藝流程與162站基本相同，目前管理著5口油井，油氣輸送距離比162站更遠(yuǎn)。
2.2閉環(huán)控制應(yīng)用技術(shù)方案
在40方儲(chǔ)油罐上安裝帶4～20mA模擬信號(hào)輸出的浮球液位計(jì)，將液位信號(hào)給變頻器，變頻器在接收液位計(jì)信號(hào)后與變頻器設(shè)定值比較，采用PID調(diào)節(jié)控制算法，通過(guò)變頻器輸出頻率的變化來(lái)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)和控制儲(chǔ)油罐的液位高度，達(dá)到節(jié)能降耗和油井生產(chǎn)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行自動(dòng)控制的目的。儲(chǔ)油罐的液位控制高度為1.6米。
