接地方式 :光伏電站接地系統(tǒng)通常有兩大類:一是防雷接地,二是工作接地。不同類型的接地,要求也不盡相同。防雷接地的接地電阻值一般在4-30歐,而工作接地的接地電阻一般在0.5-10歐。光伏電站占地面積雖大但布局空間有限,為了滿足接地電阻的要求,往往采用全站共用接地系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。

安裝:將接地軟銅線分相上雙眼銅鼻子固定在接地棒上的接電夾(接電夾有固定式和活動(dòng)式)相應(yīng)位置上,將接地線合相上的單眼銅鼻子固定在接地夾或地針上,構(gòu)成一套完整的接地線。
嚴(yán)禁使用其它金屬線代替接地線。
在實(shí)際工程中,要特別注意本工程地域特點(diǎn),有的放矢。以青海省為例,即便相鄰的兩工程中接地系統(tǒng)敷設(shè)所遇到的問題卻不盡相同。有的站區(qū)土壤多含碎石,主要需解決土壤電阻率較高的問題;而相鄰站區(qū)則可能由于地下鹽堿水問題則需特別注意防腐。

電氣設(shè)備的接地部分(1)接地體:與大地緊密接觸并與大地形成電氣連接的一個(gè)或一組導(dǎo)體。(2)外露可導(dǎo)電部分:電氣設(shè)備能觸及的可導(dǎo)電部分。正常時(shí)不帶電,故障時(shí)可能帶電,通常為電氣設(shè)備的金屬外殼。(3)主接地端子板:一個(gè)建筑物或部分建筑物內(nèi)各種接地(如工作接地、保護(hù)接地)的端子和等電位連接線的端子的組合。如成排排列,則稱為主接地端子排。(4)保護(hù)線(PE):將上述外露可導(dǎo)電部分,主接地端子板、接地體以及電源接地點(diǎn)(或人工接地點(diǎn))任何部分作電氣連接的導(dǎo)體。對于連接多個(gè)外露可導(dǎo)電部分的導(dǎo)體稱為保護(hù)干線。(5)接地線:將主接地端子板或?qū)⑼饴犊蓪?dǎo)電部分直接接到接地體的保護(hù)線。對于連接多個(gè)接地端子板的接地線稱為接地干線。(6)等電位連接:指各外露可導(dǎo)電部分和裝置外導(dǎo)電部分的電位實(shí)質(zhì)上相等的電氣連接 。

我國配電系統(tǒng)的接地方式已使用IEC規(guī)定,其分類仍然是以配電系統(tǒng)和電氣設(shè)備的接地組合來分,一般分為TN、TT、IT系統(tǒng)等。上述字母表示的含義:第一個(gè)字母表示電源接地點(diǎn)對地的關(guān)系。其中T表示直接接地;I表示不接地或通過阻抗接地。第二個(gè)字母表示電氣設(shè)備的外露可導(dǎo)電部分與地關(guān)系。其中T表示與電源接地點(diǎn)無連接的單獨(dú)直接接地;N表示直接與電源系統(tǒng)接地點(diǎn)或與該點(diǎn)引出的導(dǎo)體連接。
