      起動接觸器得電與否,應(yīng)取決于柴油機(jī)管路內(nèi)的油壓狀況。理想的控制應(yīng)是以滑油壓力和燃油壓力作為控制信號,這樣在首次起動時(shí),如果油壓建立不起來或油管路中存在問題時(shí),將不會起動柴油機(jī)。而目前在起動過程中主要是在45s~60s 延時(shí)后,由人為觀測滑油壓力表和機(jī)油壓表,假定在45s~60s 的延時(shí)過程中,油壓一定會建立起來這樣一種假設(shè)的情況下,進(jìn)行Q C 得電控制的,缺乏控制手段。為此,可采用壓力傳感器來提取機(jī)油和燃油壓力信號,并將其通過轉(zhuǎn)換輸入到PCC 中,由PCC 根據(jù)設(shè)定值判斷和執(zhí)行QC 的得電控制。 

           2.2 根據(jù)點(diǎn)火時(shí)柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行停止起動電機(jī)(QD)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的控制 
           柴油機(jī)起動是否成功,關(guān)鍵在于柴油機(jī)是否能正常點(diǎn)火,作為起動的終止應(yīng)受控于柴油機(jī)發(fā)火轉(zhuǎn)速,如果因?yàn)槟撤N原因不能正常起動,則應(yīng)自動停止起動,以減少蓄電池的放電量和避免起動接觸器燒死。正常情況下,東風(fēng)4型系列機(jī)車柴油機(jī)起動時(shí),點(diǎn)火轉(zhuǎn)速在150r/min 左右,穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的最低轉(zhuǎn)速為430r/min。如果采取轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器測出柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,并將轉(zhuǎn)速信號輸入到PCC 中,由PCC 判斷和控制QC 的開斷,即控制蓄電池向起動電機(jī)供電:(1)可節(jié)省蓄電池的電能,有利于蓄電池的保養(yǎng);(2)電動機(jī)由驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)動變?yōu)椴裼蜋C(jī)的負(fù)載,可降低柴油機(jī)起動的轉(zhuǎn)速沖擊。 

           2.3 對電磁聯(lián)鎖DLS拖后供電控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)向氣缸適時(shí)噴油 
           在柴油機(jī)起動過程中的低轉(zhuǎn)速階段向氣缸內(nèi)供油,由于油溫較低不能達(dá)到完全燃燒,同時(shí),又會降低氣缸燃燒時(shí)的溫度,造成起動困難,甚至爆燃。因此,可采用對起動接觸器及調(diào)速器內(nèi)D LS 電磁聯(lián)鎖線圈進(jìn)行單獨(dú)供電控制。這樣,可使柴油機(jī)先轉(zhuǎn)動,后拉動噴油泵供油齒條,以此來拖后向氣缸內(nèi)供油。 

           鑒于當(dāng)柴油機(jī)由起動電機(jī)拖動運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),轉(zhuǎn)速接近或達(dá)到點(diǎn)火轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)向氣缸內(nèi)噴油最有利于柴油機(jī)點(diǎn)火,因此,DLS 線圈得電與否應(yīng)取決于柴油機(jī)拖動轉(zhuǎn)速。不同的柴油機(jī)或同一柴油機(jī)在不同的工作環(huán)境和狀態(tài)下,其點(diǎn)火轉(zhuǎn)速是不同的。與點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)速有關(guān)的因素主要有氣缸內(nèi)的溫度、壓力、氧氣含量和燃油的霧化狀態(tài),影響氣缸內(nèi)溫度的主要因素為油水溫度,所以對DLS 電磁聯(lián)鎖線圈的控制可采用溫度傳感器檢測油水溫度來進(jìn)行控制。
