洗衣機上海外港進口如何清關(guān)
進口清關(guān)所需資料：
1 代理報檢委托書空白原件委托人處蓋公章，法人章
2 代理報關(guān)委托書原件兩聯(lián)第三聯(lián)留底 委托方（右上，左下）蓋公章，法人章
3 采購合同復印件
4 發(fā)票復印件
5 裝箱單復印件
6 提單正本一份正面收貨人處加蓋中英文對照章，背面加蓋公章，國外背書
7 原產(chǎn)地復印件
8 材質(zhì)單，規(guī)格表，質(zhì)保書等復印件
9 熏蒸證明復印件（如果是木托盤）
如果涉及到許可證，商檢的，還需要提供相關(guān)證書
10.3C認證 （民用商品入境驗證）PS:我司可代處理" "操作流程：
1、首先要對電器進行歸類，要知道具體是哪種電器，查詢具體的海關(guān)HS編碼，可以看到監(jiān)管條件。
如果有3C監(jiān)管，則需要辦理國家強制性認證。這個對于個人和一般企業(yè)是比較困難的。
2、若監(jiān)管條件沒有3C，可以去辦免3C。
3、首先,應(yīng)該確定進口設(shè)備的海關(guān)編碼(商品編碼),因為只有拿到準確的海關(guān)編碼,才能確定進口設(shè)備的監(jiān)管條件,即確定自動進口許可證是國家商務(wù)部審批的,還是省或地方商務(wù)部審批的.
4、接下來要完成的事,就是準備資料,開始做進口舊設(shè)備商檢備案.
5、然后就是貨到香港碼頭后,按排碼頭換單,提貨,做裝運前預(yù)檢驗。
6、中檢完成后,貨暫存我司香港倉庫,然后ban理自動進口許可證(批文),這里需要20個工作日.
7、許可證拿到后,就是向船公司訂倉,租柜。
8、拿到通關(guān)單,就可以打報關(guān)單,進行報關(guān)動作了,從海關(guān)審單,審價,如果不出現(xiàn)意外,報關(guān)這一環(huán)節(jié)需要4個工作日,就可以出稅單,繳稅,放行.
