物理特性
PBT是 堅韌的工程熱塑材料之一,它是半結晶材料,有非常好的化學穩(wěn)定性、機械強度、電絕緣特性和熱穩(wěn)定性。這些材料在很廣的環(huán)境條件下都有很好的穩(wěn)定性。PBT吸濕特性很弱。非增強型PBT的張力強度為50MPa,玻璃添加劑型的PBT張力強度為170MPa。玻璃添加劑過多將導致材料變脆。PBT的結晶很迅速,這將導致因冷卻不均勻而造成彎曲變形。對于有玻璃添加劑類型的材料,流程方向的收縮率可以減小,但與流程垂直方向的收縮率基本上和普通材料沒有區(qū)別。一般材料收縮率在1.5%~2.8%之間。含30%玻璃添加劑的材料收縮0.3%~1.6%之間。熔點(225℃)和高溫變形溫度都比PET材料要低。維卡軟化溫度大約為170℃。玻璃化轉換溫度(glass trasitio temperature)在22℃到43℃之間。由于PBT的結晶速度很高,因此它的粘性很低,塑件加工的周期時間一般也較低。
