Product debion: Eva Is Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (Vac) Copolymer, it is made from Ethylene (e) and Vinyl Acetate (VA) copolymerization, English name: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, or E/VAC. The content of Vinyl Acetate (VA) is 5% ~ 40% . Compared with polyethylene, Eva has lower crystallinity and higher flexibility, impact resistance, filler miscibility and heat sealing property because of introducing Vinyl acetate monomer into the molecular chain. Generally speaking, the perbance of Eva Resin depends on the content of Vinyl Acetate in the molecular chain. The higher the content of Vac (Va content) , the higher the transparency, softness and toughness of VAC will be. Polymerization bs are high pressure bulk polymerization (for plastics) , solution polymerization (PVC processing AIDS) , emulsion polymerization (adhesives) , suspension polymerization. Vinyl Acetate (VA) content is more than 30% by emulsion polymerization, vinyl acetate content is low by high-pressure bulk polymerization. Product advantages: WATER RESISTANCE: sealed cell structure, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, good water resistance. Corrosion resistance: Resistant to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemical corrosion, antibacterial, non-toxic, tasbess, non-polluting. Processing: No joints, and easy to hot press, cutting, gluing, laminating and other processing. ANTI-VIBRATION: High Resilience and tension resistance, high toughness, with good anti-vibration, buffer perbance. Thermal insulation: Heat Insulation, cold insulation and low-temperature excellent perbance, can be resistant to cold and exposure. Sound Insulation: Airtight Bubble Hole, sound insulation effect is good.
產(chǎn)品用途：
EVA樹脂是乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物，一般醋酸乙烯（VA）含量在5%～40%。與聚乙烯相比，EVA由于在分子鏈中引入了醋酸乙烯單體，從而降低了高結(jié)晶度，提高了柔韌性、抗沖擊性、填料相溶性和熱密封性能，被廣泛應(yīng)用于發(fā)泡鞋料、功能性棚膜、包裝膜、熱熔膠、電線電纜及玩具等領(lǐng)域。一般來說，EVA樹脂的性能主要取決于分子鏈上醋酸乙烯的含量。
發(fā)泡鞋材
鞋材是我國EVA樹脂最主要的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。在鞋材使用的EVA樹脂中，醋酸乙烯含量一般在15%～22%。由于EVA樹脂共混發(fā)泡制品具有柔軟、彈性好、耐化學(xué)腐蝕等性能，因此被廣泛應(yīng)用于中高檔旅游鞋、登山鞋、拖鞋、涼鞋的鞋底和內(nèi)飾材料中。另外，這種材料還用于隔音板、體操墊和密封材領(lǐng)域。
薄膜
EVA薄膜的主要用途是生產(chǎn)功能性棚膜。功能性棚膜具有較高的耐候、防霧滴和保溫性能，由于聚乙烯不具有極性，即使添加一定量的防霧滴劑，其防霧滴性能也只能維持2個月左右；而添加一定量EVA樹脂制成的棚膜，不僅具有較高的透光率，而且防霧滴性能也有較大提高，一般可超過4個月。另外，EVA還可用于生產(chǎn)包裝膜、醫(yī)用膜、層壓膜、鑄造膜等。
電線電纜
隨著計算機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程的不斷發(fā)展，出于對機(jī)房安全的考慮，人們越來越多地使用無鹵阻燃電纜和硅烷交聯(lián)電纜。由于EVA樹脂具有良好的填料包容性和可交聯(lián)性，因此在無鹵阻燃電纜、半導(dǎo)體屏蔽電纜和二步法硅烷交聯(lián)電纜中使用較多。另外，EVA樹脂還被應(yīng)用于制作一些特殊電纜的護(hù)套。在電線電纜中使用的EVA 樹脂，醋酸乙烯含量一般在12%～24%。

熱熔膠
以EVA樹脂為主要成分的熱熔膠，由于不含溶劑，不污染環(huán)境且安全性較高，非常適合于自動化的流水線生產(chǎn)，因此被廣泛應(yīng)用于書籍無線裝訂家具封邊、汽車和家用電器的裝配、制鞋、地毯涂層和金屬的防腐涂層上。制作冰箱導(dǎo)管、煤氣管、土建板材、容器和日用品等, 亦可制包裝用薄膜、墊片、醫(yī)用器材, 還可用作熱熔膠粘劑、電纜絕緣層等。
