ERW鋼管是城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)建設(shè)的首選管材
根據(jù)最近城建部修編的《城鎮(zhèn)燃?xì)庠O(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》規(guī)定,將輸送燃?xì)鈮毫?/span>P分為七個(gè)等級(見下表)

《城鎮(zhèn)燃?xì)庠O(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》中規(guī)定:
壓力大于0.4Mpa的燃?xì)夤艿啦捎娩摴?。壓力小?/span>0.4Mpa的中壓和低壓燃?xì)夤艿酪瞬捎镁垡蚁┕埽瑱C(jī)械接口球墨鑄鐵管,鋼管或鋼骨架塑料管。
適用于城市輸送管道中,大于0.4Mpa壓力的管道采用鋼管與其它材質(zhì)的管道相比,具有無可爭議的地位因此,ERW鋼管是城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)建設(shè)的首選管材。
1、城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)的主干管從安全性方面比較,ERW鋼管的承壓能力、抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于鑄鐵管其抗拉強(qiáng)度和承壓能力以及適應(yīng)溫差的能力遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于“PE”管;從接口嚴(yán)密性來說,ERW鋼管的焊接接口遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比鑄鐵管接口要嚴(yán)密得多,牢固得多;
2、從適應(yīng)性方面比較,ERW鋼管適應(yīng)用于煤氣、LNG、LPG、液化混空氣以及天然氣,而鑄鐵管對適應(yīng)LNG及天然氣的能力則差得多;ERW鋼管適應(yīng)溫差的能力和氣壓的范圍比“PE”管要大得多。
3、從經(jīng)濟(jì)性方面比較,ERW鋼管比球墨鑄鐵管的單價(jià)及總價(jià)要便宜,當(dāng)大于φ160以上時(shí),ERW鋼管也比“PE”管便宜(一般來說,城市煤氣主干管大多數(shù)在φ300左右)。
4、ERW鋼管耐腐蝕性不如鑄鐵管及“PE”管,這是要在設(shè)計(jì)和施工時(shí)務(wù)必采取好防腐措施的一個(gè)重要問題。
壓力鋼管
壓力鋼管工藝管道單線圖中管道的壓力等級沒有明確給出,只給了管徑規(guī)格、壁厚,如何確定壓力等級
例如:1、PIPE, CS,ERW,ASTM A53-B,TYPE E S-40 3" 250MM
有縫鋼管 3"*S-40 碳鋼 ASTM A53-B 長度 250mm
該管道所在的管道等級為A1C.圖紙中表明管道壓力等級代號A代表150LB壓力鋼管的尺寸及壓力
